These terms apply when you use this portal and embed our games on your website. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What you get

A free, non-exclusive, revocable permission to show our games on the websites we approved for your account, through the embed codes and addresses we provide.
Access to the API with the list of games, their texts and images, to build your own pages around the embedded games.

You may only register websites that you own or manage, and you must prove it through the verification we offer.
Games may only be shown on approved domains. Do not embed them in other websites, in apps, in browser extensions or inside other frames.
We do not accept websites with illegal, adult, violent or hateful content, websites that infringe the rights of others, or pages made only to show advertising.

Embed the games as provided. Do not copy, download, modify, decompile or host the game files yourself.
Do not remove or hide our logo, credits or links, and do not cover the game area with advertising or other elements.
Do not present the games as your own work, and do not sell or sublicense access to them.
Do not generate artificial plays, and do not use automated tools on the games.
You may use the titles, texts and images from the API only to present the embedded games on your approved websites.

Keep your API keys secret and use them from your server. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.
Respect the request limits. Store the catalogue on your side instead of calling the API for every visitor.

The programme is free. We do not charge you and we do not pay you.
You keep the income from the advertising on your own pages, placed around the game and not over it.
The games may contain our own branding, links to our websites and, in the future, advertising or other content of ours.

Embedded games send us anonymous play statistics (for example the game, the embedding domain, the country, the device type and how long it was played) so that we can run the service and show you reports. They do not use cookies for this.
You are responsible for your own website, including its privacy notice and the consent your visitors must give for what your website does.

We may change, add or remove games, and we may change or stop the programme. Games are provided as they are, without a guarantee of availability.
We may refuse, suspend or remove a website or an account at any time, in particular when these terms are not respected.
You may stop at any time by removing the games from your website and deleting your websites from your account.
All rights in the games, their names, art and code stay with us.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost income connected to the use of the games or of this portal.
We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you by email. Continuing to use the portal means you accept the new terms.
